Adoption Policy
Cincy Cat Connection proudly follows the Adopters Welcome approach, designed to make the adoption process as smooth and welcoming as possible!
Our goal is to remove barriers and judgment, focusing on open dialogue with adopters to help match them with the pet that best fits their lifestyle. Rather than restricting who can adopt, our policy encourages positive, respectful discussions. This supports our ongoing hope to build community engagement through this process.
Our Adoption Specialists engage potential adopters by understanding their intentions and attitudes, sharing insights on responsible pet ownership, and ensuring a great match for both pet and owner.
The first step is to complete our brief online Adoption Information Form. A one on one conversation with an Adoption Specialist will take approximately 10-15 minutes.
Adoption Fees
- Kittens/cats up to 2 years old >> $150.00
- Cats 2 years and older >> $120.00
All of our adopters receive a small gift bag of a sample of food, a cat toy and valuable information to support you being the best cat owner possible!
All kittens/cats are deemed medically healthy and are spayed/neutered, up to date on all age appropriate vaccinations, tested negative for FeLV and FIV, de-wormed and treated for fleas.
To support our mission of contributing to rescue organizations, a portion of all adoption fees go directly to the rescue organization that provided the kittens/cats.
